The service technician was knowledgeable, efficient. Everything was done perfectly. He instructed me as to using the system in a way very easily understood. He helped me to program my phone with the Slomins app. Every detail was addressed and tested prior to his leaving. A good experience.
The service man that came was unbelievable The camera guys that came where outside of the window I told Slomins that I would be available came light job not completed no cameras, one of the motions sensors would not pair need another, did not have enough sensors need upstairs windows to be completed...
